From Article: Hello my name’s Howard Marks and I’m going to talk about the reclassification of cannabis from class B to class C. Some time ago for rather ridiculous reasons they made drugs illegal...The Independent On Sunday in the late 90s organised a massive legalise cannabis march through London. Now they seem to be thinking maybe the government was wrong in making it fairly OK to smoke it. What I think is at the heart of this issue is a genuine concern of a link, a perceived link between being stoned and Schizophrenia...in many ways there obviously is a link between being stoned and being mad, being off your head...
